Introduction to Panorama for Digital Accessibility

As announced by the VSCS Office of Information Technology, new Digital Accessibility Regulations will be effective in April 2026. IT has purchased an accessibility checker called Panorama, which is a plug-in for Canvas to help audit and improve the accessibility of our courses.

YuJa (the parent company of Panorama) is delivering this training specifically for VTSU faculty on Monday, September 8 from 12:15-1:15pm.

This training will be recorded and is identical to the session being offered on Thursday, September 18.

Panorama can be accessed from the lefthand menu of any Canvas course. Feel free to experiment with Panorama in advance of the session and make a list of questions to ask the trainer. You can also come to the session with zero experience using Panorama to get an introduction.
