Members of the faculty can request assistance from two primary groups: the Center for Teaching and Learning Innovation and IT Shared Services. Pedagogical and course design questions should be directed to the Center for Teaching and Learning Innovation. Technical concerns, such as classroom technology issues, should be directed to IT Shared Services.
